Upstairs

The long LANDING with it's staircase to the ground floor, makes for a lovely feature thanks to the large arched window looking over the courtyard.

BEDROOM 1 (L-Shaped 14'11" x 13'7" + 8'2" x 4'10") is a quiet, relaxed hideaway, with eaved ceilings and it's own ENSUITE BATHROOM with shower, w.c. and sink and an incredibly useful DRESSING ROOM with fitted shelves, hanging rail, airing cupboard, hotwater tank and a hatch to the roofspace. The double-glazed window at the front looks out to fields and hills beyond, the lower window on one side wall looks down to the walled-courtyard.

BEDROOM 2 (17'11" x 9'11") at the opposite end of the landing from the master bedroom, this large double bedroom is bright and airy, with plenty of room for a double-bed at one end and a sofa, wardrobe and dressing table or desk at the other.  The double-glazed windows again look out to the fields and hills at the front of the property.  There is also a hatch to the roofspace for very useful extra storage.

BEDROOM 3 (9'3" x 7'1") sits next door to the family bathroom, with room for a single bed and dressing table or desk, along with the large built-in-wardrobe, it makes for a perfect child's bedroom just along the landing from the master bedroom, or could be used as a great study.

FAMILY BATHROOM (7'2" x 6'10") recently re-decorated in a Victorian style with a paneled bath/shower, w.c. and sink unit and a large and wonderfully useful built-in cupboard with good, deep shelving.
